This clinical study is evaluating a potential treatment for Asthma, a chronic inflammatory airway disease. The primary goal is to assess the safety and tolerability of the treatment in adult participants with mild to moderate asthma.
The investigational medicine is a bispecific antibody designed to bind to two targets involved in inflammatory pathways, blocking their signals and helping to reduce inflammation.
The study will compare the investigational medicine with a placebo (an inactive treatment) to assess its safety and tolerability in the asthma patients. This includes evaluating potential side effects, how the body processes and responds to the medicine, immune response, and its effects on asthma-related signs and symptoms.
Participants will be required to attend a pre-screening FeNO assessment to measure airway inflammation prior to a full screening appointment.
