In most instances, participants in a clinical trial are eligible for remuneration for their time/inconvenience, travel and parking expenses - all of which are factored into this payment and will not be separately reimbursed. This payment amount is approved by an independent ethics committee. This payment is unique for each trial and clearly communicated to all applicants during the recruitment process.

The payment process varies depending on the trial. In most cases, payment is made approximately one week after completing your final follow-up appointment.

For studies with longer follow-up periods, payments are made in installments as you reach key milestone appointments.
