Know someone who may be interested in joining a paid clinical trial at Linear?
Refer a friend or family member before they apply. If they are new to Linear and receive at least one dose as part of a trial, you may be eligible to receive a $500 referral payment.
You do not need to be a current or past Linear participant to make a referral.
Submit the Refer a Friend form before your friend applies for a trial.
We will email them to let them know you have referred them.
Your friend must apply using the same email address you entered on the referral form.
They must also be completely new to Linear, with no previous applications or trial participation in our records.
Your friend will need to complete Linear’s standard eligibility and screening process.
A referral payment only applies once they receive at least one dose as part of a trial.
Once your friend has received their first dose, we will send you a form requesting your bank details and identification.
Approved payments are generally processed within 2–4 weeks.

Submitting an application, completing pre-screening or screening, or being selected as a backup or alternate does not qualify for a referral payment.
Eligibility and participation are never guaranteed.

Incomplete or unverifiable information may mean the payment cannot be processed.
Taking part in a clinical trial is always voluntary. The person you refer can choose not to participate or withdraw at any time.
No one should feel pressured to participate so that another person can receive a referral payment. Any coercion may disqualify the referral from the program and the person from the trial.
Only one referral payment is available for each new person referred.
You may refer as many different people as you like, but you cannot receive another referral payment if the same person later joins another Linear trial.
For example, if you refer Alex and receive $500 after Alex receives their first dose, you will not receive another referral payment if Alex joins a future trial.
If the same person is referred by more than one person, the first valid referral form received by Linear will apply.
Referral payments can take approximately 2–4 weeks to process after the person referred receives their first dose and the required payment information has been verified.
No. Anyone aged 18 or older can make a referral, provided they meet the program requirements.
Yes. There is no limit to the number of new people you can refer.
